We are looking for a talented Steel Fixer to join our team!
ROLE:
As a Steel Fixer, you will be the backbone of our construction projects. You will work with precision and care to reinforce concrete structures with steel bars and mesh. Your expertise will make sure our buildings are strong, safe, and meet the highest standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read and interpret blueprints to determine rebar requirements
Cut and bend steel bars with precision
Ensure quality and safety standards are met
Collaborate with our construction team to deliver projects on time
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Proven experience as a Steel Fixer or similar role
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and rebar installation techniques
Physical stamina for manual labour and working at heights
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
