Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Steel Fitter

with hands-on experience in steel fabrication and erection work, especially within the UAE construction environment. The ideal candidate should be skilled in reading drawings, fitting structural steel components, and ensuring proper alignment and installation on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Fit, align, and install steel structures, frames, beams, columns, staircases, handrails, and other components Accurately interpret fabrication/erection drawings and blueprints Mark, measure, and cut steel components to specified dimensions Use hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment to position and install steel items Ensure joints are aligned and securely fastened through bolting or welding support Assist in rigging and lifting operations on-site as per safety norms Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards Perform minor fabrication and adjustments on-site as needed Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow all HSE policies

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a steel fitter, with at least 1-2 years in the UAE Good knowledge of structural steelwork, fabrication, and installation techniques Ability to read and understand steel fabrication/erection drawings Physically fit and capable of working in high or confined spaces Basic understanding of safety procedures and proper use of PPE Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Preferred:

Experience in high-rise, commercial, or industrial construction projects in the UAE Knowledge of welding or basic fabrication

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
