Job Description

We, Fordrough Building Contracting LLC are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Steel Fixer (Steel Fixer Chargehand) to oversee and manage steel fixing operations on construction sites.

Position : Steel Fixer Chargehand



Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates.



Responsibilities



Supervise and manage a team of steel fixers on construction sites. Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications. Ensure all steel reinforcement is installed accurately and securely. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals. Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards. Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements



Require Immediate Joiners.



Proven experience as a steel fixer, with leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of steel reinforcement techniques and materials. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Good physical fitness and the ability to work in challenging environments. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction. Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction or steel fixing. Minimum 2-3 years GCC Experience as Steel Fixer Chargehand
