Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
Cut, bend, and shape steel bars or mesh using hand and power tools.
Tie, clip, or weld steel bars to form reinforcement cages and structures.
Position and secure steel reinforcement within concrete forms.
Fabricate components such as beams, columns, and footing pads.
Work closely with site engineers and other team members to ensure precision and safety.
Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
Inspect finished work to ensure alignment and structural stability.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Steel Fixer.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Good physical strength and attention to detail.
Commitment to safety and teamwork.
