About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Steel Fabrication Supervisor

to lead and manage our steel fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing fabrication processes, ensuring quality standards, and managing a team of fabricators.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all steel fabrication activities on site and in the workshop. Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate fabrication. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of fabricators, welders, and technicians. Monitor project progress, track production schedules, and ensure timely delivery. Conduct quality inspections and resolve any fabrication or production issues. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other departments for smooth operations. Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, and report requirements as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

as a Steel Fabrication Supervisor or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, and metalworking techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in fabrication. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering field. Certification in welding or fabrication supervision is a plus. Experience in large-scale industrial or construction projects.
