We are seeking an experienced Steel Fabrication Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of steel fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will manage production schedules, ensure quality standards, lead a team of fabricators, and maintain compliance with safety and engineering standards. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience in structural steel or metal fabrication are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily steel fabrication processes and personnel
Ensure production deadlines and quality targets are met
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and material usage
Enforce health and safety regulations on the shop floor
Requirements:
Proven experience in steel or metal fabrication management
Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, and assembly techniques
Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
