We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Steel Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stainless steel construction, with the ability to manage and oversee all aspects of stainless steel work across various projects.
Oversee metal fabrication projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion
Supervise and guide fabrication team members
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Plan and allocate resources, materials, and equipment
Conduct quality control checks
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, production)
Troubleshoot fabrication issues and implement solutions
Requirements:
Experience in stainless steel fabrication, mild steel fabrication, all type of welding, cladding work, polishing and finishing or related field in UAE
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical documents
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures
Skills:
Metal fabrication techniques (e.g., welding, cutting, shaping, polishing)
Blueprint reading and interpretation
Quality control and assurance
Safety protocols and regulations
- Team management and supervision

Pay: From AED2500 - 3500 per month
