Responsibilities:
Provide daily nursing care including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
Assist with personal hygiene and mobility.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Monitor and respond to changes in the patient's condition.
Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient.
Be available 24/7 for the patient's needs, with appropriate rest periods.
Requirements:
Proven experience in home health care or a similar nursing role.
Compassionate, patient, and excellent communication skills.
Must be able to stay with the patient full-time (live-in).
Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
Fully vaccinated and in good health.
