About the Role:

We're looking for a Startup General Manager (Founding COO) to turn bold ideas into thriving

businesses.

This is not a corporate operations job - this is a zero-to-one builder role.

You'll take a founder's idea and lead it from concept to execution, including team building,

product development, launch, and growth. You'll operate with autonomy, agility, and ownership -

acting as the founder's right hand, and possibly future CEO of the brand.

Your Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end execution of a new venture

- Translate founder's vision into actionable roadmap, budget, and timelines

- Set up supply chain, product sourcing, packaging, and logistics

- Hire and manage a small cross-functional team (marketing, ops, sales)

- Oversee e-commerce, social, or B2B channel launch (as applicable)

- Track KPIs, manage cash flow, and refine business operations

- Represent the brand in partnerships, pitches, and key decisions

What We're Looking For

- 3-6+ years in operations, business building, or startup leadership

- Proven ability to launch or scale a product or business

- Strong generalist: understands supply, marketing, finance, team-building

- Problem solver, doer, and decision-maker

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- UAE market knowledge is a bonus
