- Health, Safety, Quality & Environment (HSEQ)
- Proactive, honest and personally responsive approach to HSEQ
- Must be aware of and adhere to HSEQ precautions in your immediate area and other applicable areas
- Liaise with the Shift Supervisor & Senior Roller at shift change to report on roll stand build up & the overall requirement to complete the work
- Assist in the Roll Change procedure as required
- Manage all aspects of roll build operations in line with production & engineering requirements to ensure optimum plant performance & product quality
- Achieve & maintain high Health & Safety Standards throughout all operations.
