Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the stand, including setup, maintenance, and closing procedures.
Engage with visitors and provide them with information about our services and offerings.
Generate leads by actively promoting our projects and solutions to potential clients.
Assist in answering customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure the stand is adequately stocked and organized.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and achieve sales targets.
Prepare reports on visitor interactions and lead generation as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in administration, sales, or promotional roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using standard office software.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
