About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Stakeholder Manager

to lead engagement, communication, and relationship-building activities across multiple high-impact projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of navigating complex stakeholder environments and contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, private sector partners, community groups, and other stakeholders. Facilitate communication between internal project teams and external stakeholders. Identify stakeholder needs, expectations, and potential risks, and ensure these are addressed proactively. Represent the project in meetings, presentations, and public forums. Prepare reports, briefings, and engagement documentation for senior management. Support project delivery teams in managing approvals, permits, and coordination requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience

in stakeholder management within the

UAE

. Proven involvement in

at least three projects of similar scope

(large-scale or complex projects). Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks and cultural considerations.

Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
