Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all

stakeholder coordination activities

for design and construction phases of building and infrastructure projects. Ensure full compliance with

Abu Dhabi authority requirements

, standards, regulations, and approval processes. Manage

authority submissions

, including preparation, review, tracking, and follow-up with relevant agencies (ADM, ADQCC, ADSSC, ADDC, EAD, Civil Defense, etc.). Maintain strong relationships with government authorities, consultants, and contractors to facilitate timely approvals. Coordinate between design teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities to resolve technical or procedural issues. Support project teams in meeting regulatory timelines and streamlining approval cycles. Provide expert guidance on

local codes, submission procedures, and regulatory frameworks

specific to Abu Dhabi. Prepare stakeholder management plans, communication strategies, and progress reports. Participate in meetings with authorities and represent the project in regulatory discussions.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 10 years of experience

, with at least

2 years as a Stakeholder Manager

in a related field. Extensive, proven experience with

Abu Dhabi authority requirements and submission procedures

for both

design and construction activities

. Strong knowledge of regulatory processes and standards within Abu Dhabi for building and infrastructure projects. Prior experience working with

consultants and contractors

is essential. Consultancy background is required. Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple authority submissions simultaneously.
