Job Title: Stakeholder Engineer
Location: Ras Al Khaimah & Dubai UAE

Job Purpose:
To manage, coordinate, and facilitate communication and approvals with government and semi-government authorities in Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai - UAE, ensuring smooth processing of permits, NOCs, and regulatory compliance for all architectural and engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between the consultancy and all relevant authorities (e.g., RAK Municipality, RAKWA, Civil Defense, FEWA, Etisalat, etc. For Dubai: DM, DDA, Tarakhees, DEWA, DU, Empower, etc).
Prepare, submit, and track permits, NOCs, and other authority-related documents for design and construction projects.
Ensure all project documentation complies with local codes, regulations, and standards.
Coordinate with internal design and engineering teams to align submissions with authority requirements.
Attend meetings, workshops, and inspections with authority representatives as needed.
Maintain updated knowledge of regulatory changes and authority guidelines in RAK and other emirates as applicable.
Support project teams in resolving authority comments and ensure timely resubmissions.
Maintain a clear and organized log system for tracking approvals and correspondence.
Provide guidance on submission strategies for new and ongoing projects.
Ensure project timelines are not delayed due to authority-related issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree: in Engineering or Architecture (preferred Civil or Architectural Engineering).
Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE, with strong focus on authority coordination.
Familiarity with RAK authority portals, submission procedures, and code requirements.
