Key Responsibilities
Maintain effective communication with the client, authorities, and all project stakeholders
Coordinate construction activities with multiple contractors and maintain detailed coordination records
Support contractors in obtaining all required construction NOCs, permits, and authority approvals
Liaise with relevant authorities to track, follow up, and expedite NOC applications
Proactively manage approval requirements to avoid construction delays
Review NOC conditions and ensure contractor compliance with all authority requirements
Act as the main point of contact for public and stakeholder inquiries related to construction activities
Engage with local communities to communicate project timelines, impacts, and progress
Handle and resolve public or stakeholder complaints professionally and efficiently
Build and maintain strong working relationships with government authorities, utility providers, and community representatives
Lead coordination meetings related to handover requirements with contractors and authorities
Monitor and follow up on handover documentation including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, GIS drawings, and authority submissions
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering, or a construction-related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure construction and stakeholder management
Proven experience working on large infrastructure projects within the UAE
Strong understanding of construction processes, authority requirements, and regulatory procedures
Ability to lead coordination efforts across multiple contractors and stakeholders
Skills Set
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution abilities
Solid knowledge of UAE authority approval and NOC processes
Ability to manage documentation, coordination records, and handover requirements
Familiarity with CAD and construction-related software is an advantage
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
