Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Stainless Steel Foreman
to oversee our stainless steel fabrication workshop. The ideal candidate will manage a team of fabricators, ensure quality control, and supervise the production of stainless steel kitchen equipment and custom projects.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise fabrication teams and welders in daily workshop operations. Review technical drawings and ensure accurate production according to project specifications. Ensure all fabricated equipment meets company quality standards and timelines. Manage workflow, allocate tasks, and monitor project progress. Coordinate with the engineering and production departments to ensure smooth execution. Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Train and guide staff to improve skills and productivity.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in stainless steel fabrication (kitchen or industrial sector). Strong knowledge of TIG/MIG welding, cutting, bending, and finishing of stainless steel. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication layouts. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Experience in commercial kitchen manufacturing is a strong advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
