- Understand the project details for assigned drawings, tell everyone in the fabrication area, and assign tasks to work crews.
- Make sure to stick to the production schedule, use budget wisely, inventory management, and interpret technical drawings.
- In charge of work quality, productivity, and safety at the site.
- Plan daily goals before the shift starts and submit achievements by the end of the day.
- Perform steel fabrication techniques like cutting, welding (TIG/MIG), bending, and finishing stainless steel.
