Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy and successfully attain organic traffic goals
Work towards organic search growth, optimization, and ROI maximization
Optimize copy and landing pages for SEO opportunity
Develop new ideas for testing, and implement those tests
Execute updates to SEO title tags, meta descriptions, and text
Add alt tags and schema markups to key content
Perform ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities aligned with mws strategic focus areas
Identify and drive resolution of Technical SEO issues
Collaborate with web developers, marketing team, product lines, global and regional organizations to deliver best in class results and to ensure transparency on SEO needs and guidelines
Prepare and present reports regularly and as needed by the execution and review processStay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Strong demonstrated performance as a SEO Specialist or similar role
Proven ability in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
Knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
Experience with SEO research tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Familiar with enterprise level CMS like SiteCore, Drupal.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and Oracle Analytics is preferred
Self-starter with a strong ability to use initiative, effectively multi-task and work autonomously in a deadline driven atmosphere,
