Sci-Fi Land Entertainment Hub, located in Al Ain, is seeking an enthusiastic

Stage Performer

with a deep understanding of

STEAM

(Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual Arabic and English speaker with the ability to engage and entertain large audiences, especially children, while delivering educational content related to STEAM topics.

As a

Stage Performer

, you will be responsible for bringing the magic of STEAM to life through interactive performances, demonstrations, and activities. You should be energetic, creative, and confident in performing in front of diverse audiences, including school groups, families, and children aged 2 to 16 years old. You must also have a passion for inspiring young minds and making learning fun.

Key Responsibilities:

Performing & Presenting STEAM Content:

Deliver high-energy performances and interactive activities on STEAM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math). Present engaging, fun, and educational performances that cater to the developmental needs of children. Use your creativity to simplify complex STEAM concepts and make them accessible and exciting for young audiences.

Audience Engagement:

Capture the attention of large audiences, including children, by using captivating storytelling, humor, and hands-on demonstrations. Ensure audience participation through engaging activities, questions, and discussions. Maintain a fun, safe, and educational environment during performances.

Multilingual Communication:

Fluently speak both

Arabic and English

to communicate with a diverse audience. Provide explanations and instructions in both languages, ensuring clear understanding for all participants.

Performance Preparation:

Assist in the development of scripts, performance material, and content related to STEAM topics. Work with the production team to ensure all equipment and props are ready and available before each performance. Rehearse and refine performances to ensure they meet quality standards.

Child Interaction:

Use your knowledge of child development to engage children of various age groups effectively. Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor when interacting with children and families.

Event Participation:

Assist in hosting special events, school field trips, and birthday parties by leading performances and activities related to STEAM. Collaborate with the events team to ensure the smooth execution of performances.

Health & Safety:

Ensure a safe and secure environment for children and guests during all performances and activities. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of participants.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Fluent in Arabic and English:

Must be able to perform and communicate in both Arabic and English fluently to cater to diverse audiences.

Performance Experience:

Proven experience in

stage performance

, public speaking, or a related field, with the ability to engage large audiences, especially children.

Knowledge of

STEAM principles

and the ability to incorporate them into fun, interactive performances and activities for children.

Comfortable performing in front of large audiences, with strong stage presence and the ability to captivate and entertain.

Ability to connect with children and make learning enjoyable while maintaining their safety and well-being.

Energetic, creative, and proactive in coming up with new ways to make STEAM learning fun and memorable for children.

Ability to collaborate with the production, events, and customer service teams to create seamless and entertaining experiences.

Comfortable with change and able to adjust performances based on audience needs or event changes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 96 per week
