Context
Reporting to the Group Staffing & Mobility Manager, this role will contribute to the reinforcement of our internal Staffing & Mobility process, with a specific focus on Data Analytics & Tools Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of data reporting and analytics to support and transform our Staffing Mobilization & Demobilization at Systra.
Main duties
Data Quality, Reporting and Administration
Support / Manage the development of the integrated Talent Place Reporting feature.
Produce reporting and data analytics
Using internal tools such as Talent Place (ATS) and Power BI to help identify and highlight mobility trends and/or challenges across markets
Collaborate cross functionally with the Staffing Leads across the Group, keeping record of up-to-date details and information per markets
On a weekly basis review internal Advertising job openings (e.g. internal career page and ATS
Coordination & Reporting & Internal Communication
Support the internal Staffing Forum platform updates and coordination. On a weekly basis provide analytics to our Global HRD Op\'s & Staffing Community and monitor updates. Proactively work with our Staffing Leads to ensure data are up to date.
Support and maintain existing collaboration Tools (Sharepoint/ Intranet, PowerBI) to monitor internal mobilization & demobilization, including providing weekly reporting.
Work with Group Staffing & Mobility Lead to capture technical development and project staffing requirements for technical employees and technical / operations managers, looking for synergies between key countries and encouraging knowledge sharing
Process & Governance
With the Group Staffing Lead, review technical job requirements and staffing needs across the organization
Identify opportunities for consistency and cross-function/horizontal workforce hiring efficiencies
Define and deploy metrics for measuring process improvement
Technical skills
REQUIRED: Proven analytical skills including data quality and data management with expert proficiency in Sharepoint and Power BI
Strong acumen for digital tool and problem-solving attitude, with experience working in Recruitment & Staffing.
Agility in navigating in fast-paced international environment, in multi-assignments position
Rigour, Autonomy and good verbal and written communication skills
fluent English (working language). French is a major plus
