Key Responsibilities
Assess training needs for employees and departments through performance reviews, feedback, and management input
Design and develop training programs, workshops, and learning materials
Conduct onboarding training for new employees
Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
Maintain training records and attendance reports
Work closely with department heads and HR to align training with business objectives
Support performance improvement plans and skill development initiatives
Stay updated on best practices in learning and development
Key Roles & Expectations
Act as the primary trainer for company staff
Improve employee skills, knowledge, and job performance
Promote a culture of continuous learning
Ensure training programs are consistent and effective across departments
Provide coaching and mentoring support when required
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a corporate trainer, staff trainer, or similar role
Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
Ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels
Experience with training evaluation methods and performance metrics
Proficiency in MS Office and/or learning management systems (LMS)
