We are looking for the following: RCM Manager: We are looking to hire a highly efficient revenue cycle manager to oversee all tasks assigned to the revenue cycle department staff. The revenue cycle manager\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include identifying patient reimbursement issues, ensuring that claims, denials, and appeals are efficiently processed, and resolving billing-related issues. You should also be able to code diagnoses and procedures correctly. Additionally, the RCM manager will adiminister staff responsible for prior-authorization and approvals sent to several payers. Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience in the regulatory environment of Abu Dhabi, department of health, and all related audits (JAWDA)
• Experience in RCM role in the Abu dhabi preferrably but candidates from other emirates are considered as well
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as medical office software.
• Proven experience in healthcare billing.
• Sound knowledge of health insurance providers.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Incharge Nurse Supervisor: We are seeking a motivated charge nurse with excellent leadership and communication skills. As a successful candidate, you will provide assistance and care for patients, supervise nursing staff, offer guidance and support, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Duties and responsibilities and requirements:

• Supervising nursing staff and monitoring their needs.
• Experience in the regulatory requirements of department of health in abu dhabi or similar jurisdictions (DHA, MoH)
• Experience in previous facility as an incharge nurse is a hard requirement
• Coordinating daily administrative duties, including schedules, nursing assignments, and patient care.
• Overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Mentoring and training new staff and providing support and guidance to all staff members.
• Monitoring medical charts and providing compassionate care and assistance to patients and families.
• Liaising with doctors and administrators and communicating any protocol changes to staff.

Doctor\'s Assistant/Medical Assistant provide physician support services that ensure that healthcare facilities run smoothly. In addition to being responsible for administrative as well as clinical tasks, such as maintaining patient records, preparing patients and rooms for examination, assisting physicians with exams, and performing front-desk tasks. Duties and responsibilities:

• Check-out patients, assist with referral processing, and arrange laboratory services
• Must be well aware of basic medical terminology, and a fast typer to assist in timely documentation of patient records
• Assist in billing process
• Prepare patients for examination, take vitals, and record patients\' health history
• Prepare equipment and examination rooms, and clean instruments
• Assist physician with medical treatments, procedures, and exams
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies.

Requirements: - Minimum high school disploma as educational requirement - Experience as a doctor\'s assistant is preferred but not mandatory - Ability to handle basic medical and office applications with ease - Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Nurse without license We are looking for a Nurse to promote and restore patients\xe2\x80\x99 health. You will work with a variety of patients and you will provide direct nursing care along with physical or psychological support when required. Duties and requirements:
