Job Description

1. Patient Care

Assess, monitor, and record patients' health conditions. Provide bedside care, including administering medications and treatments. Assist doctors during examinations and procedures. Manage wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures.
2. Medication Administration

Safely administer prescribed medications and injections. Monitor and document patients' responses to medications. Report and manage any adverse reactions.
3. Patient Monitoring

Regularly check vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration, SpO?). Identify and report changes in patients' conditions promptly. Ensure accurate charting and patient documentation.
4. Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams. Assist in developing and following individualized patient care plans. Coordinate with other departments (lab, radiology, pharmacy).
5. Patient & Family Education

Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatments, and aftercare. Provide emotional support and counseling when needed. Ensure patients understand medication usage and lifestyle modifications.
6. Infection Control & Safety

Follow strict infection control protocols. Maintain a clean and safe patient environment. Use proper sterilization and PPE practices.
7. Documentation

Maintain accurate nursing notes and medical records. Record observations, treatments, and patient progress. Prepare discharge summaries and follow-up instructions.
8. Emergency Response

Provide immediate care in emergencies (CPR, first aid). Assist in handling critical or unstable patients. Follow hospital emergency protocols.
9. Professional Development

Stay updated with nursing practices and medical advancements. Participate in training, workshops, and continuing education. Adhere to ethical and professional nursing standards.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
