Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care to patients at home according to care plans and medical guidelines
Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the supervising physician
Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and wound care as required
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as hygiene, mobility, and feeding
Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and general health practices
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation
Follow infection control protocols and health & safety standards
Communicate and coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams
Requirements:
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) qualification
Valid MOH license
(Mandatory)
1-2 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work independently and travel to patient homes
Compassionate, reliable, and professional
