Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for accepting customer inquiries and complaints, and keep track of records and return visits;
2. Update customer information in a timely manner, regularly arrange customer return visits and make relevant records, and maintain good communication with customers; 3. Responsible for call data Return visits, analyze operation and maintenance data, organize customer opinions, regularly output data and provide timely feedback; 4. Responsible for editing and writing promotion drafts suitable for different types of WeChat, Weibo, etc., with unique views and ideas;
