You Are:

Your expertise spans RTL-to-GDSII flows, and you have hands-on experience with industry-leading EDA tools, especially those driving the next generation of AI and high-performance compute silicon. Analytical by nature, you dissect complex design challenges and architect robust, scalable solutions that address both immediate and future technology needs. You thrive in customer-facing roles, translating requirements into actionable methodologies and championing innovation every step of the way.


Dynamic and adaptable, you excel in fast-paced environments and communicate complex ideas with clarity and confidence. Your educational background in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering is complemented by deep hands-on experience with EDA tools such as Design Compiler, IC Compiler II, and Fusion Compiler. Creating and optimizing design flows and solutions to meet aggressive PPA targets for high-frequency cores, and high-capacity AI/compute designs. Collaborating cross-functionally with customers, R&D, and internal teams to drive innovative solution and feature development that anticipates and addresses real-world design challenges. Utilizing scripting languages such as Perl and Tcl for automation and optimization tasks. Staying updated with the latest advancements in ASIC design flow, VLSI, and CAD development to continually improve processes. Delivering technical presentations, application notes, and best practices to both internal and external stakeholders, supporting knowledge-sharing and customer enablement. Diagnosing customer issues, providing hands-on support, and ensuring successful deployment of Synopsys EDA solutions in complex design environments. Providing critical support that helps key customers overcome their PPA challenges. Fostering strong relationships with global customers, reinforcing Synopsys' reputation as a leader in chip design and software security. Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with customers Work collaboratively with Customers to ensure their successful use of Synopsys products, sustain a renewals revenue stream and cultivate opportunities to expand software licenses.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience. Deep understanding of RTL-to-GDSII flows and hands-on experience with backend P&R tools (Fusion Compiler, ICC2, or similar). Expertise in physical synthesis, timing closure, clock tree synthesis (CTS), and routing at advanced technology nodes. Proficiency in Tcl and Python scripting for automating EDA workflows and optimizing design methodologies. Strong understanding of ASIC design flow, VLSI, and CAD development.
