Job Summary:As a Senior Front-End Engineer specializing in Next.js, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the client-side architecture of our web applications. You will collaborate closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Your primary focus will be on writing clean, efficient, and reusable code while optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of complex, high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, and related front-end technologies.Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement modern, responsive user interfaces.Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate with RESTful APIs and other services.Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, React Context) and optimize application performance.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.Mentor and guide junior engineers, reviewing their code and providing feedback.Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.Contribute to technical decision-making and architectural discussions.Participate in Agile development cycles, providing estimates, planning, and daily stand-ups.Requirements:5+ years of experience in front-end development.Expertise in Next.js, React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, Recoil, or React Context.Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Proficiency with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and other modern JavaScript tools.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with TypeScript in front-end development.Knowledge of GraphQL.Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and deployment pipelines.Experience in Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
