Supervise, monitor, and coordinate all fire alarm / fire fighting installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, NFPA standards, and Civil Defense requirements.
Conduct site inspections and verify the quality of fire alarm system installations.
Lead a team of technicians and allocate daily tasks for smooth project execution.
Prepare reports, checklists, and documentation for inspection and approvals.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and Civil Defense for approvals and inspections.
Troubleshoot fire alarm systems, control panels, detectors, and addressable devices.
Ensure safety procedures are followed on site.
Support in preparing material submittals, method statements, and as-built drawings.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience
UAE Driving License
