Your role
As a Sr.Sales Engineer, your mission is to sell API610, Product Company Pumps, Gear Pumps/System and achieve the sales target set upon. You will report to [Aslam Parvez].
You will

  • Lead technical sales engagements with EPC's, End Users along with strategic accounts and complex opportunities, acting as the primary technical trusted advisor throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover business pain points, technical constraints, and strategic objectives
  • Architect and present tailored solutions that align our product capabilities with customer requirements and success criteria
  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, technical workshops, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and evaluations - both remotely and on-site
  • Collaborate closely with Reps to develop winning strategies, create compelling proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and negotiate commercial & technical terms
  • Handle objections, competitive positioning, and risk mitigation with confidence and data-backed arguments
  • Maintain deep expertise in our product portfolio, competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • Forecast accurately, maintain clean opportunity hygiene in CRM, and contribute to quarterly business reviews

You have 5 - 7 years of experience, working as a Sales Engineer/ Sr. Sales Engineer
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Mechanical
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding booking targets in a technical sales capacity
  • Experience selling to EPC's, End User & Operators in the MENA & CIS countries
  • Strong ability to present and influence NOC's & EPC's of MENA & CIS countries.
  • Should have in depth know-how of MENA & CIS countries NOC's requirements & specs of our products as well as familiar with API specification on API610, PC pumps, Gear Pumps & systems)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - can write crisp technical proposals and deliver compelling presentations
  • Comfortable with 40-50% travel (customer visits, trade shows, on-site workshops) - depending on territory/model
  • Experience in a technical pre-sales / sales engineering role selling complex B2B solutions & Products (API610 Pumps, PC Pumps, Gear Pumps & Systems)
