to lead and support quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives across our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in a healthcare quality leadership role and possess deep knowledge of accreditation and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Management & Improvement
Design, implement, and lead quality improvement initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
Track and analyze clinical indicators, patient satisfaction scores, and process performance metrics.
Identify gaps and implement evidence-based, sustainable improvements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of quality initiatives and provide actionable feedback.
2. Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with relevant standards (DOH, TASNEEF, JCI, ACHC, ADHICS, DAMAN, etc.).
Develop, review, and update policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
Lead and support audits, licensing inspections, surveys, and accreditation reviews.
Participate in regulatory visits and ensure timely closure of findings and recommendations.
3. Patient Safety
Oversee the incident reporting system and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for adverse events.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning.
Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate clinical and operational risks.
4. Training & Development
Organize and deliver internal training sessions on quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
Support departments in building internal capacity and awareness in quality management.
Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous professional development.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely and accurate submission of clinical indicators
Measurable improvement in patient outcomes and satisfaction
Successful regulatory and accreditation audits with minimal findings
Staff engagement and participation in training programs
Tangible improvements in organizational KPIs related to quality and efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required)
Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Quality, or related discipline (preferred)
Certifications:
Certification in Healthcare Quality (e.g., CPHQ) and Patient Safety (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare quality and patient safety
Proven track record in managing audits and regulatory inspections
Strong understanding of local and international regulatory standards (DOH, TASNEEF, JCI, ACHC, ADHICS, DAMAN, etc.)
