The candidate should have hands on experience and good knowledge of Sales performance, service quality and Team Management & Efficiency Metrics such as Conversion Rate, Pipeline Velocity, First Contact Resolution, Average Handle Time, and Employee Engagement/Satisfaction.



Job Purpose:



Client Management -

To ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction by receiving incoming calls and Outbound calls in a professional manner.

Customer Relationship

- To provide end-to-end support to customers (walk-ins and phone calls), ensure the availability of committed products, and ensure on-time delivery.

Customer Retention

- Solve customers' issues related to orders, pick-up, delivery, and quality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
