We are seeking a highly skilled

Technology Engineer

with extensive experience in

cloud-native development

Group Information Technology

division of a leading UAE-based bank.


You will be part of a dynamic team driving large-scale, event-driven, and streaming platforms across the bank's technology ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge

distributed systems

, helping build high-performance solutions for mission-critical banking services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and manage

Kafka-based streaming platforms

with a focus on

high-throughput

,

low-latency

, and

resiliency

. Implement and manage

containerized solutions

on

OpenShift/Kubernetes

. Build and maintain

CI/CD pipelines

using tools like

GitHub, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Kaniko, Shipwright

. Work with

streaming data sets

and design

event-driven architectures

. Manage

public cloud environments

(Azure or OCI), cloud-native applications, and automation. Contribute to

security engineering

and compliance, ensuring data integrity, encryption, and privacy. Optimize distributed systems for

performance and resiliency

. Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver solutions in an iterative and incremental way. Conduct

automated unit and integration testing

to maintain system stability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in

distributed services

ecosystems.

Technical Skills Required:

5+ years of hands-on experience in development & design:
