The Senior Electrical Technician is responsible for performing advanced electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on various electrical systems and equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance, for the electrical equipment, in plants according to established schedule and maintenance cycle.
Maintain and Troubleshoot Electrical equipment's (High Voltage / Medium Voltage / Low Voltage)- Switchgears, Circuit Breakers, Transformers, VFD, SS, UPS, Battery Charger, LV Control panels etc, in an efficient manner using tools and instruments and to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Be available on call to work 24x 7 service emergency needs of department requirements and Shutdown activity.
5+ years of experience in Operating and Maintaining and troubleshooting Electrical Equipment's comprising of High Voltage and Medium Voltage Switchgears, Medium Voltage and Low Voltage -VFDS and SS, UPS and Battery Charger and LV Control Panels
Strong working knowledge of electrical theory and systems
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
MV Experience is mandatory ( Maintenance expertise in -Rotating Equipment's/ Pumps, VFD, Soft starters, Transformers, Circuit brakers & UPS)
