Description

Our client who is a government authority in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Sr. Talent Management & Experience Specialist to join their HR team for a 6-months extendable contract and to start immediately. This role will be supporting across the Performance & Rewards and Employee Experience discipline and will be responsible for implementing talent experience programs to motivate and integrate a diverse workforce, as well as continuous performance and rewards management programs to attract, retain and motivate the best talent. Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and design of job architecture framework within the company to facilitate the application of Total Rewards programs
  • Partner with business and functional leaders to develop job design frameworks, improving coordination and work productivity
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, policies and continuous reward practices aligned with the company's reward philosophies to motivate performance across talent segments
  • Implement HC procedures and programs to improve employee experience and meet the physical, mental, spiritual and financial wellbeing needs of individuals
  • Analyze performance data and employee sentiments to outline the impact and effectiveness of health and Wellbeing programs
  • Execute continuous performance management processes to gather real-time and multi-sourced feedback for performance assessments
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of continuous performance management system by analyzing feedback and linking performance data to business outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any relevant education; MBA would be a plus.
  • With at least 5 years of experience working in a Compensation and Benefits or Rewards role; out of which 2 years in the UAE.
  • Has strong understanding of compensation and performance philosophies.
  • Experience in implementing organization-wide integrated talent management programs and personalized talent experiences.
  • Understanding of the HR technology tools to elevate talent experiences.
  • Proficient with MS Office application and has knowledge using HRIS, HRMS or HCM software.
  • Knowledgeable with UAE Labor Law.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Arabic language is a plus.
