Job Description

Assisting the line manager in the development and implementation of respective section strategies and operations process. Supervises a team of inspectors to ensure work is completed as per standard and procedure.

. Carries out varied assignments of respective section

. Provides technical expertise; participates in technical interactions with customers, suppliers, licensor, or internal teams to address problems, which require technical advice for timely resolution.

. Leads and coaches team members to apply best practices, assess problems and generate alternative solutions for escalated issues. Provides formal & informal feedback to maximize their overall performance.

. Provides detailed training to team members in their area of expertise.

. Manages and relocate resources as required.

. Maintains and develop knowledge of technical innovations through association with professional organizations.

. Provides build, maintain excellent client relationships, and ensure that all service standards are met.

. Acts on behalf of the company, making full use of technical expertise, when required.

. Identifies any possible business opportunities and advise all appropriate business areas.

. Manages projects as per plan and client requirements in line with company policy.

. Inspects materials, products, and work in progress for conformance to specifications, and adjusts process or assembly equipment to meet standards.

. Ensures reports, recommendations and needed actions are communicated effectively and completed in a timely manner.

. Compliance to all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO standards and the legal / regulatory requirements

Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree Engineering or equivalent in a respective discipline.

. Demonstrated thorough knowledge of applicable international standards.

. Demonstrated full working knowledge of quality system standards and methods.

. Valid driver's license.
