Job Description

Job Title

To supervise and manage all structural construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise execution of structural works (steel & concrete) as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure smooth operations. Review IFC drawings and identify discrepancies or constructability issues. Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and equipment. Monitor and report daily progress, productivity, and resource utilization. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Interface with subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE requirements. Maintain site records including daily logs, inspection reports, and site instructions.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in structural supervision (preferably in [e.g., industrial, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects]). Proficient in reading structural and construction drawings. Familiar with international codes and standards (ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocode). Strong leadership and coordination skills. Good communication and reporting skills.
