Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Structural / Technical Engineer

with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in structural design, analysis, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions, while providing technical leadership within the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead structural design, analysis, and detailing for building and infrastructure projects. Review and validate structural calculations, drawings, and design documentation. Prepare technical reports, design notes, and material specifications in compliance with relevant codes (ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocode, or local standards). Coordinate and collaborate with architects, MEP, geotechnical, and construction teams. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and review of work by junior engineers and draftsmen. Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and address technical issues during construction. Support tendering and value engineering activities by providing optimized design solutions. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project delivery standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred). 5-8 years of professional experience in structural design and analysis. Proficiency in engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, Revit, and AutoCAD. Strong understanding of design codes and construction practices. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. [Professional Engineer / Chartered Engineer] certification is an advantage.
