is currently seeking a talented Sr. Structural Designer with more than 10 years of experience. Proven experience in structural designing specialized in residential, commercial and industrial projects. Self-motivated; able to implement decisions and set effective priorities to achieve both immediate and long-term goals.

Scope of Responsibilities

:

Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements Excellent knowledge of UAE and International regulation and standards Resourceful problem solver with demonstrated ability to conceptualize solutions to difficult situations and employ practical, cost-effective engineering strategies Recognized for attention to detail, adherence to standards, and technical expertise highly motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic individual with proven experience in both team and project management capacities with concentration in architecture and structural Engineering Self-motivated; able to implement decisions and set effective priorities to achieve both immediate and long-term goals Proven to complete projects according to specifications, on time and within budget Possess excellent presentation and communication skills; unparalleled work ethics, strong attention to detail Responsibilities include layout, design and analysis, review, coordination and field inspection of projects Preparing reports, design and detailing, load rating, and preparation of construction cost estimates and specifications for various types projects coordinate project teams in achieving client outcomes and contribute to our teams' success by providing accurate and efficient engineering service analyze configurations of the basic structural components of a building or other structure Calculating the pressures stresses and strains that each component, such as a beam or lintel, will experience from other parts of the structure due to human use or environmental pressures such as weather or earthquakes Considering the strength of various materials, e.g. timber, concrete, steel and brick, to see how their inclusion may necessitate a change of structural design Examining structures at risk of collapse and advising how to improve their structural integrity, such as recommending removal or repair of defective parts or rebuilding the entire structure

Desired Skills and Experience

Masters/Bachelor of Science in Civil / Structural Engineering. Minimum 10 years of Design experience. Design experience in concrete and steel structures. Experience with working on cross-functional teams. Expertise with AutoCad and Revit is strongly preferrred. Expertise with Structural analysis program
