Primary Purpose of the Job:
Manage and arrange for the daily club operations and activities by leading a team of contract personnel, exercise supervision and control a recreational club and sports facilities including services offered. Assist in planning club / community activities, major sports and social events as per the recreational management. Maintain performance & financial accountability to ensure customer satisfaction and cost effective operation.
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum 5 Years' experience performing similar duties in a recreational, Club or hospitality industry.
Valid Qatari Driving licence.
Self-motivated with ability to generate new ideas. Excellent communication skills, influencing and negotiating skills. Ability to deal with multi-cultural patrons, visitors and employees in all circumstances. Excellent skills in drafting reports and clubs/community activity plans. Self-reliance and the ability to work with a high degree of independence.
Educational Qualifications:
* Completed Diploma in facility management, sports & recreational management or Hospitality management.
