Our client is looking for a Talent Data & Digital Experience Associate to help support the HR team. This is a 6 months extendable contract with a government entity in Abu Dhabi starting immediately.
JOB PURPOSE: The Associate, Talent Data & Digital Experience provides support in the implementation of HR technology roadmap to transform services provided by HC department. They support the development of data models and build the business case to justify investments. They assess HC processes to identify areas for optimization and conduct research to recommend technology systems that improve HC service delivery. They implement change management initiatives for digital transformations to build awareness and drive adoption. Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct research on business needs and technical requirements to identify HC processes that can be enhanced and / or automated to elevate HC service delivery

• Analyze current HR systems using talent data & reporting analytics to develop insights on efficiency and areas of improvement based on strategic and talent needs

• Assess technical requirements for HR systems and provide support in building a strategic case for technological investments and implementation to enable HC digital transformation

• Research new HR technology systems with reference to the company's Human Capital requirements and provide recommendations on appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements

• Participate actively in development and implementation of communications and change management initiatives for digital transformations to increase awareness and adoption of HR technology implementation and roll-out across the organization

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND EXPOSURE:

• Knowledge and understanding of HR technology software
• Proven working experience in supporting HR technology adoption for large organizations
• Experience in data and talent analytics
