Responsible for internally supporting Talabat\xe2\x80\x99s largest portfolio of regional strategic accounts across 8 countries. The role requires you to project manage and support Talabat\xe2\x80\x99s largest business portfolio alongside the Regional Portfolio Lead. This will include multiple high-impact initiatives that impact experience, growth, and profitability for Talabat. You will be working closely on a variety of projects with multiple stakeholders across functions - product, finance, monetisation, content, operations, local key account teams & local and regional marketing teams.
What\'s On Your Plate:
Own execution of all projects across commercial and operations work streams for large business groups led by the Portfolio Lead that works with Talabat across 8 countries.
Own execution of performance management for these business groups primarily be driven via different work-streams including but not limited to :
Growth and performance
Marketing & campaign management
Regional monetisation strategy
Data and analytics & insights management
Operations - Tech & POS
Operations - Customer experience
Commercial strategy & profitability
Logistics
Content operations
Support and execute cross functional projects across product, marketing, monetisation, performance, operations & content for the regional strategic accounts portfolio across 8 countries.
Work closely with 8 local key account & marketing teams to run internal performance reviews and marketing campaigns.
Work alongside the analytics lead for your respective portfolios to plan and build dashboards for key stakeholders & teams cross-functionally to measure key success metrics across function
What Did We Order:
4-6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in working on cross functional project management roles
Strong skills in :
Stakeholder management

SQL, Looker, Tableau
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint & GSuite tools
Past experience in food tech is a strong plus, but e-commerce/tech business experience is mandatory
Substantial understanding of a tech led business, overall strong business acumen & ability to identify and work in an ecosystem with multiple complex product and process interdependencies
Experience of supporting successful cross functional, high complexity projects that impacted growth, profitability & experience
Experience in process optimisation & a sharp eye for risks and flaws
Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced & results-oriented work environment.
Strong analytical mindset, using data to substantiate business cases and strategic conclusions.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders
