Role Summary
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to support the marketing strategy and growth campaigns development for Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisitions and increase customer engagement through 360 degree tactical campaigns. You will also be responsible for launching and managing initiatives (led locally and regionally) to transform country priorities into world-class integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth and impact.
What\xe2\x80\x99s On Your Plate?
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Brand teams to develop marketing campaigns that deliver on Bahrain\xe2\x80\x99s growth targets.
  • Build and execute 360 degree multi-channel and CRM campaigns to drive performance objectives (acquisitions and reorders).
  • Make data-driven decisions to design campaigns, choose the right channel mix strategy and the right target audience to achieve the campaign objectives.
  • Support on the development and lead on the execution of end-to-end growth campaigns.
  • Ensure proper campaign go-to-market with a focus on measurement and reporting; tracking campaign results on a daily basis to control budget spending and enhance performance.
  • Work closely with the Product team to utilize best-practices for app and web platforms to continuously enhance conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Ability to understand the ROI and effectiveness of each campaign and tactics used, and using these learnings for future campaigns.
  • Understand customer behavior through analysis, on-ground feedback from customers and sales to develop actionable insights.
What Did We Order?
  • Succeeding in this role involves creating a balance between partnership strategy, marketing strategy, and business development.
  • 4+ years of experience in consumer marketing, e-commerce, online services, or related experience with a proven record of delivering work with measurable results.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Preferably Bilingual in English & Arabic
  • Strong project management & analytical skills.
  • Ownership Skills: a highly motivated and proactive individual. Willing to roll up their sleeves and go the extra mile to drive results.
  • Experience in campaign management, preferably CRM / CVM in an e-commerce company.
  • Strong stakeholder management and follow up skills with the ability to establish priorities and communicate expectations, working with both internal and external stakeholders to push projects to completion.
