What's On Your Plate?

Understand end goals aligned with talabat's 3PL vision and formulate plans to meet those goals. Define Objectives and Key Results. Ensure cross-functional agreement and alignment on them. Complete those plans, and ensure timely delivery. Lead operational excellence across processes and systems, improving on existing and building new processes. Design solutions that scale workflows and programs. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively remove obstacles and handle critical issues. Lead collaboration effort between 3PL team and other departments on cross-functional projects and workstreams.

Qualifications

Essential:

Ability to communicate complex problems and recommend solutions. Resilient mindset that views challenges as potential win-win situations looking to be discovered. Experience delivering programs in a growing and complex global organization. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or equivalent practical experience. Excellent data management, written and verbal communication skills. Team player who thrives on comradery. Ability to influence, empower, and align people across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships. Strong commitment to enforcing standards, ethics and compliance. Extremely organized and process-driven to enable effective management of internal workload and expectations across a large set of stakeholders. Hands-on, enjoys fact-finding and going beyond theoretical frameworks. Excellent command of English, and fluency in Arabic would be a bonus. Excellent in identifying process gaps and measuring progress.

Good-to-have:

Good understanding of the last mile delivery ecosystem. Master's degree in engineering or business. * Exceptional emotional intelligence.
