Job Description

Job Title: Senior Social Media & Digital Ads Manager (On-Site - Dubai)
We're a high-end lighting and decor brand based in Dubai, looking for a

hands-on, creative, and strategic Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

to take full ownership of our digital presence. This is not just a content role -- we want someone who lives the brand, drives performance, and tells a visual story that matches our aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and grow our presence on

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn

, and beyond Plan and execute

paid advertising campaigns

on

Google Ads, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok

, etc. Develop and manage a strategic

content calendar

aligned with our brand vision and product goals Collaborate with design and video teams to create

visually compelling content

Analyze campaign performance and social media metrics to

optimize results and ROI

Engage with the community, answer DMs and comments, and help build a loyal digital audience Work closely with sales, design, and leadership to align digital efforts with business goals

You Are:



A digital native with

5+ years of experience

in social media and digital ad management Highly skilled in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads

, and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Suite, SEMrush Strategic but creative, able to connect storytelling with data Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual aesthetics in luxury and lifestyle content Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Self-driven, reliable, results-oriented -- and ready to make an impact
