We are seeking a Senior Site Architect to oversee architectural activities on-site, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and according to client requirements. You will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve design issues and ensure quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Supervise architectural works on site
Coordinate with design teams and contractors
Review drawings and shop drawings
Ensure compliance with building codes and client specs
Manage site documentation and reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
5+ years' experience in construction site management
Strong knowledge of local building codes and Dubai regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
