Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, commercial and government sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors to drive long term partnerships Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and collective performance targets Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to sr. management Plan, execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and product launches Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks Provide strategic input on pricing strategies, product development and customer service improvements Oversee the negotiation, finalization, and closing of sales deals and contracts to ensure compliance and profitability

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the power generation or diesel generator industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong technical knowledge of diesel generator sets, specifications, and applications. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales reporting tools. Willingness to travel as required. Must be Arabic speaking and Fluent in English Language

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
