Job Description
Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Risk Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the enterprise-wide risk management framework, policies, and procedures. Identify, assess, and monitor project and organizational risks, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies. Lead risk assessment workshops and provide expert guidance to project teams and stakeholders. Integrate risk management processes with project management practices (aligned with PMP standards). Prepare and present risk registers, reports, and dashboards for executive management and clients. Ensure compliance with international risk management standards, regulations, and best practices. Support decision-making by providing risk-based insights on strategic and operational initiatives. Mentor and guide junior risk management professionals, fostering a culture of risk awareness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
CRMP (Certified Risk Management Professional)
certification - mandatory.PMP (Project Management Professional)
certification - mandatory. Minimum15 years of progressive experience
in risk management within large-scale projects or organizations. Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, quantitative and qualitative risk analysis, and mitigation planning. Proficiency in risk management software/tools (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, ARM, etc.). Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Job Type: Full-time
