Job Title: Sr. QA/QC Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement QA/QC plans, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and Method Statements for high-rise construction. Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, ADBC), ISO 9001, and international codes (ACI, AISC, BS, EN). Review design drawings, specifications, and BOQs to align quality standards Conduct daily inspections of civil works (concrete, rebar, formwork, masonry, finishes). Inspect waterproofing, facade, and finishing works for defects Maintain QC logs, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action plans. Prepare daily/weekly quality reports for the project team and client. Coordinate with third-party labs for material testing (soil, concrete, steel).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 10+ years in QA/QC for high-rise buildings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
