QC/QA Engineer
to oversee quality control and assurance operations at our concrete batching plant. The successful candidate will ensure that all concrete production meets industry standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor the quality of raw materials and concrete production. Conduct routine sampling, testing, and analysis of concrete. Maintain accurate QC/QA records and reports. Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards. Coordinate with site engineers and plant operators to maintain quality output. Implement and monitor quality management systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in QC/QA and concrete mix designing for concrete batching plants. Strong knowledge of concrete technology, mix designs, and relevant standards (ASTM/BS/ACI). Familiarity with testing equipment and laboratory procedures. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
