Prime Engineering Company is seeking an experienced

Senior QA/QC Engineer

to oversee and ensure the quality of engineering and construction activities across projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality standards, monitoring compliance, and leading QA/QC processes to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS). Review project specifications, drawings, method statements, and inspection & test plans (ITPs). Ensure all construction and engineering activities comply with approved standards, codes, and client requirements. Conduct inspections, audits, and quality surveillance at site. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients on quality-related matters. Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented. Prepare and submit QA/QC reports, documentation, and records in a timely manner. Lead and mentor junior QA/QC engineers and inspectors. Participate in internal and external audits and support certification requirements (ISO, etc.). Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all project teams.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

(Civil and Electrical).

Minimum

8-12 years

of experience in QA/QC roles, with at least

3-5 years in a senior position

. Strong knowledge of international standards and codes (ISO 9001, ASTM, BS, API, ASME, etc., as applicable). Experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects. Excellent knowledge of QA/QC documentation, inspection procedures, and testing requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC reporting tools.
